When booking services of Thien Xuan Travel (airfares, hotels, tours...), you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 Thien Xuan Travel service: is Thien Xuan Travel on behalf of customers to make hotel reservations, flight tickets, tours, consultations, service bookings, post-service support... with partners.
1.2 Suppliers include hotels, restaurants, airlines, tours, cars, ships...

2. AGE:
You must be 18 years or older to be legally eligible to book Thien Xuan Travel service.
3. PAYMENT:
3.1. Thien Xuan Travel.com has many payment methods for the convenience of customers when ordering services, customers can refer to and choose the appropriate method:
3.2. Bank transfer: After placing an order, the customer transfers the order amount to Thien Xuan Travel's account at the bank systems.
• Payment by domestic ATM card and international credit card Visa, MasterCard, JCB...
• Payment at Thien Xuan Travel's Office.

4. CONFIRM SERVICE BOOKING INFORMATION:
4.1. Confirmed booking information is shown in the confirmation email (booking, combo, air ticket, ...) sent from [booking@thienxuantravel.com] to the email you registered at the time of booking with Thien Xuan Travel via email and on the Thien Xuan Travel system (including website thienxuantravel.com). This is the basis for determining the services provided to customers.
4.2. In case you make payment later than the payment deadline notified by Thien Xuan Travel via email, website, application, your booking will no longer be valid. We do not guarantee any booking information until you receive the final confirmation email.
4.3. When making a booking and payment, you are deemed to have agreed to the applicable terms, conditions and policies of Thien Xuan Travel and the supplier before, during and after using the service.

5. MAKING CHANGES TO SERVICE BOOKING INFORMATION:
5.1 After successful booking (service has been confirmed via email), if you want to change your booking information, please send a request to email booking@thienxuantravel.com or phone +84 888 890 898. We will do our best to assist you, however we cannot guarantee that every change request will be fulfilled.
5.2 If you are allowed to cancel or change the Booking but do not cancel or change it before the allowable period, you will be responsible for paying the then prescribed cancellation fee, tax or tax reinstatement fee ( applicable regulations), service fees or other service booking fees whether or not you use the service.
5.3 If you do not use the service (boarding, tour, hotel check-in...) on the first day/night of booking but plan to check-in/continue to use the service for the night. 6. REQUIRED INFORMATION REGISTRATION:

6.2. The provider will ask for a CCCD or passport at the time of service. A copy of your credit card, or CCCD, or passport may also be retained by the provider.
6.3. Valid passport: Customers must have a valid passport for entry, departure and travel through each destination in the tour itinerary (passport must be valid for 6 months or more from the date of return).

8.5. Book an alternative service for you with another equivalent provider (*)

8.7. In case you do not agree with «8.5» and «8.6» or there is no alternative service, Thien Xuan Travel will refund the amount you have paid for the service you have not used.

(*) The concept of [equivalent] is defined as follows:
For hotel booking: accommodation in the same star hotel, in the same area (province, city), same room type (number of guests), inclusive services: meals breakfast/lunch/dinner ... (ensure the number of meals, the number of services, not the dishes, service details and services arising from the additional needs of the customer). The value/type of alternative service is determined based on the price published for that service on the Thien Xuan Travel website or other online websites determined by Thien Xuan Travel—at a time determined by Thien Xuan Travel. In case the customer does not agree with the replacement service, the customer has the right to cancel the service order and receive a refund for the unused service. In case the customer has used the service, there will be no refund.

• Exemption of compensation for denied passengers in case of passenger's reasons (such as health condition, disease, failure to comply with regulations/transportation contract/regulatory regulations of authorities...), at the request of the authorities, aviation security...
