Can we get a discount if we book a large number of rooms?
Prices posted on Thien Xuan's Website are preferential prices for customers. However, if you want to book a room in large quantities, Thien Xuan Travel will try to negotiate with the partner hotel and offer a reasonable price.

Is it easy to change or cancel a room? Is there a fee?
In case you want to cancel the room after payment, the refund will depend on the cancellation policy of each hotel or the conditions of the promotions. You need to double check this policy before booking. In most cases, the money will be easily refunded to your account after 03 working days, after deducting the administrative fee (details will be emailed).
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please follow these instructions:
1. Check the hotel's Cancellation Policy published on the website, especially the deadline for accepting cancellations. Guests can also refer to the Cancellation Policy on the booking confirmation email.

Why can't I pay directly at the hotel?
When booking with Thien Xuan Travel, you will receive a more favorable price when booking directly with the hotel. According to the terms of cooperation between the hotel and Thien Xuan Travel, this payment will help provide the most perfect service and peace of mind for you before each trip.
Can we deposit 50% of the amount to be paid in advance to the hotel?
Unfortunately, you will have to pay 100% of the room rate to Thien Xuan Travel to guarantee your reservation. Upon check-in, there will be no additional charges (except for personal services).
The term «Payment for the room within 24 hours» is very urgent for us. We booked the room directly at the hotel via phone and then it was much more convenient to pay there.
Paying at the hotel will be very difficult to ensure that the hotel will keep the room for you, especially on weekends or peak season. Therefore, Thien Xuan Travel has many flexible and convenient payment methods. After our payment is successful, what confirmation will we get from Thien Xuan Travel?

Why is there no seal on the booking confirmation, it looks so easy to fake. Is it difficult to bring to the hotel?
